Elaine (Jacob’s wife) is a native of Door County Wisconsin and is a graduate of WCTC. Client service and satisfaction are qualities Elaine brings with her to Manchester Investments. Elaine provides client account servicing and works together with Teri & Ann Marie coordinating educational events for our clients. In her free time Elaine enjoys gardening and interior design (for their home, our offices and friends & family).
